* Show me the Administrator *

Open the registry by clicking on Start.
Go to Run Command.
Type regedit
Follow this steps such as

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWSNT\CURRENT VERSION\WINLOGON\SPECIAL ACCOUNTS\USERLISTS

Doulbe click on Admin if it is there or else change the value data to 1.
If not Create it by right Clicking in pane Selecting NEW->DWORD
Name it Admin... & Change Value data to 1.

* Disable Shut Down Command *

Go to :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENT VERSION\POLICIES\EXPLORER
In Right hand pane,right click and Select New>DWord Value
Call it as NoClose
Set its Value to 1.
