2. Pangandaran
Total amount of victims died in Pangandaran, has reached 75 people. Right now, the Pangandaran areas is closed and all the citizens were evacuated to the higher ground, up to the hills which is located 300 metres from the sea side. Food which is required by the IDPs is Instant Noodle. The tents were distributed by Satkorlak of West Java Province, Islamic Society Organization, and Politic Parties. A lot of houses were flooded by the sea water. In Krapyak village, 7 citizens were died and 2 people were missing. Further information :

3. Cilacap
There was an occurence of wave in Cilacap which reached 1 metre and the lenght reached 150 metres from the sea side. The Uranium Electric Power Support (PLTU) and Fuel Stock are still secured for this area. Further information, contact:

B. Other News
Ciamis, earthquake within 7,7 Richter Scale followed by a tsunami wave which hit South Coast of Java yesterday, has caused damages and losses. Until last night (11.30 PM), 80 people were died (43 people from West Java and 37 people from Central Java). At least 70 people were reported missing. According to the Deusch Government statement last night, which covered by AFP, stated that 6 people of it citizens were included on the victims list. Because they were in Pangandaran Beach during the Tsunami struck, and the victim numbers is still increasing, since there are a lot of people in this area who have not yet been found. The epicentrum is located in Hindia Ocean, exactly in Pangandaran Beach within 40 km below the ocean, and caused high tide or tsunami which swept soem areas in South Java.(Source : Seputar Indonesia Newspaper, July 18th 2006)
Until last night, 11.30 PM, the total amount of the people that were died has reached 357 people (184 people in Ciamis, 97 people in Tasikmalaya, 67 people in Cilacap, 1 person in Garut, 6 people in Kebumen, and 2 people in Kidul). Banjar Hospital, Total amount of patients, earthquake and tsunami victims who treated in this hospital has reached 95 people, among them were pregnant women and patients who severe from broken bone. There were 5 people died in this hospital. The hospital required some medical support, such as : sterile bandage, roll bandage, thread size 36, tensokrip/elastic bandage (size 4, 3, 6 inci) for broken bone, , kassa steril, gifona size 4 inchi , 6 inci, softband ukuran 4 inchi, 6 inchi (for broken bone), needle and thread dexon, (size : 0 inchi, 1, inchi, 2, o inci) sachet. Apx (serum anti tetanus) 1500 unit, sterile glove with the size 6,5 and 7,5, plaster 0,5 X 1 inchi, thkin inject disposible size 3,5 cc, 20, cc, urine bag, betadine, antiamoxilin, asamsonamat (pain killer), denfera, all kind of antibiotics, remopain inject, pronalgase (pain killer), medicine for breathing support and to suck the sand from the lung, nonflamin for anti inflamasion (swelling), cefotaxin inject 19 gram, gentamisin inject, kalnex inject untuk pendarahan, infus set including standard infuse. The tsunami victims is still coming to this hospital. Until now, this hospital has treated 88 injured victims. And because of its lack of space, the patients were put along the hall and the hospital is lack of medicine right now. Most of the victims severe from bruishes, skin rashes and broken bone.
